Cancellation & Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

At MRM Performance, we strive to provide a hassle-free shopping experience. If you need to cancel your order, please email us at Sales@MRMPerformance.com as soon as possible. While we will make every effort to cancel your order before it ships and issue a refund, please note that the cancellation window is short, and we may not always be able to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped, you will need to go through the return process.

Cancellation Fees:

All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of 10%, which will be deducted from your refund. Exceptions are made for certain backordered products, please see below.

Backordered Products Exception:

If you order a product that is backordered for more than 15 days, we will reach out to you within 3-5 days to inform you of the status of your order, as well as any ETA we have. You have a 6 day period to cancel your order and receive a full refund with no fees. 

This exception does not apply to items that have disclosed backorders or standard lead times such as Turbos, Driveshafts, Custom products, etc. and standard cancellation fees will apply. 

Return Policy:

MRM Performance Branded Products Policy

All MRM Performance branded items have a 25 day return period starting the date it is delivered. All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee:

  • Unused/Still Brand New Condition: 10%
  • Installed/Used Undamaged: 50%
  • Damaged by customer: Non-Returnable

*Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is at buyers expense. We can send you a label, which will be deducted from your refund, or you can ship it yourself.

Third Party Manufacturer Return Policy

Our policy for returns on third-party manufacturer products (anything that is not MRM Performance branded) is as follows: We offer a 14-day return window, starting from the date the item is delivered to you. We can only accept returns if the product is unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition as when you received it, including the original packaging and all accompanying items. 

Once items are returned, they will be inspected, and once accepted, we will process your refund within 6 business days.

All returns are subject to a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee:

  • Unused/Still Brand New Condition: 10% - 30% (Details Below)
  • Installed/Used Undamaged: Non-Returnable
  • Damaged by customer: Non-Returnable

*10% Restocking Fee: Any product/brand not specifically listed in the 25%, 30%, or NOT RETURNABLE category below has a 10% Restock Fee.

*25% Restocking Fee: CTS Turbo, B58TU HPFP's, Dynamic Autowerx, Horizon Motorsports, Pure Turbos, Fuel It!, Vader Solutions, & Dorch Engineering

*30% Restocking Fee: Evolution Racewerks, Vargas, Big Boost, & ARM Motorsports

*NOT RETURNABLE: DriveshaftPro Driveshafts, Digital Products/Services (Bootmod3, Motiv Tunes, Wedge Tunes, etc), Custom products (example, custom powdercoating or color choice) are NOT eligible for return.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product:

Please inspect your order upon arrival for any damages, defects, or if it is the incorrect product. If there is any issues please contact us right away so we can rectify the issue and replace, refund, or exchange it for the correct item.
