Shipping Costs:

Missing or Stolen Packages:
MRM Performance is not responsible for missing or stolen packages. We recommend customers take precautions to safeguard their packages, such as installing door cameras or redirecting packages to a local pickup site where ID is required for package release. Many shipping companies, including UPS, FedEx, and USPS, offer this service for free, and we encourage customers to take advantage of it to ensure their orders arrive safely.
MRM Performance does not provide refunds or replacements for missing or stolen packages. In the event of a missing or stolen package, customers are advised to contact the shipping courier directly to file a claim.

Customs Duties / Import Taxes (INTERNATIONAL):
Customers are responsible for any import taxes and duties that may be imposed by their country when they receive products shipped to them. Our company will not be responsible for any import taxes or duties that are charged by the customs authorities of the country of destination.
We understand that import taxes and duties can vary from country to country, and that they can sometimes be quite high. We encourage our customers to research the import regulations and taxes in their country before placing an order with us. This will help them to avoid any unexpected charges when they receive their order.
If a customer refuses to pay the import taxes or duties that are charged by the customs authorities of their country, and the product is returned to us, we will refund the cost of the product, but not the shipping costs. If the customer wishes to have the product reshipped, they will be responsible for the additional shipping costs.
