Product is fine customer service is horrible

Product looks nice and seems good so far, but micheal was horrible to deal with, ignoring emails for weeks, getting upset with me for wanting an update, just not good overall.

I'm happy you're at least enjoying the turbo kit.

As for your experience, I emailed you 1 day after the order went in that these kits were built to order and had a typical lead time of 3-5 weeks, but sometimes it can take longer. I also told you that Big Boost doesn't give us fast replies, and we often have to wait days or longer for a response. I told you multiple times, as soon as I hear anything I will get back to you. You constantly bombarded us with emails no matter how many times I informed you there was no current updates on your order.

I'm sorry you weren't happy with your experience, but you are not the only customer we have to assist, we have hundreds of customer emails to reply to a day. Sending us emails every day asking the same question does not speed the order up.
