B58 bov kit

Site said 3 weeks to ship. Took longer than 3 weeks and then was told that the kits are “made to order” which isn’t stated when you’re buying it. Poor communication via email

It specifically states in the description of this product that there is a lead time of 2-3 weeks or longer based on part availability, which I also informed you of this early on via email as well.

You then proceeded to bombard us with emails everyday, even after I told you that we are still waiting on Big Boost as one of the key components of this kit (Turbosmart BOV Controller) was on backorder. Every time Big Boost sent me an update, I immediately emailed you and let you know. Unless you wanted us to send you an incomplete and useless kit, I don't know what else you wanted us to do.

Bombarding our inbox with emails asking the same question I have answered 15 times does not magically make backorders disappear. Consider learning some patience.
